Summer Hills Farm is a Dairy Goat Farm located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, about 30 minutes south of Rochester. We have been raising Saanen and Nubian goats for family milk production and pets on our farm since 2007.
Our goats are much loved and are raised to be excellent and friendly milk producers. Pictures of our present herd are on our Goat Genealogy page. Check with us through the year for goat kids available in 2014. We love to have visitors. Let us know when you can come. We have over-night and weekend accommodations in the summertime and would be happy to have you stay with us for a peaceful weekend in the Finger Lakes. Go to the Farm Stays page and plan your vacation. We welcome travelers for over-nights and weekends as you tour the Finger Lakes. It's an easy ride from Rochester by bicycle or car and quite scenic here in the hills above Canadice Lake.
We now have our own Goat Milk Soap made with organic oils and we always have fresh organic Eggs for sale.
Our laying chickens are free-range and as organic as we can keep them.
We also raise a few free-range, pastured and as organic as we can keep them...Turkeys.
All of our animals are brought in at night, safe from predators and watched carefully when they are out during the day.
